Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. In many cases, orders are processed and dispatched within 12 hours.

Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
Before reporting a package as missing, customers should check:

Lost Packages
If a package is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier, Fallova will review the claim to determine whether it is eligible under this policy. If approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
