Sizing Exchanges

If the size doesn't fit, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a sizing exchange, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for sizing exchanges unless otherwise agreed by Fallova.

Order Modifications

After this period, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be accommodated due to order processing and fulfillment timelines.

Sale Items

All sale items, promotional items, discounted items, and limited-edition products are final sale.

These items are not eligible for:

  • Refunds

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@fallova.com and provide your order number along with clear photographs demonstrating the issue.

Our team will review your claim to determine whether it is eligible under this policy. If approved, Fallova will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

If the claim is approved and the return of the item is required, Fallova will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged Packaging

Damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund if the product itself remains functional and undamaged.

Unauthorized Returns

Packages returned without prior written authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
